Refund policy
At DriveNest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Consumable or hygiene-related products that have been opened
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
